Posting Ads
You can find your messages under the Messages tab on your profile page. If another user messages you regarding your post, you also have the option to receive email notifications. You can modify your notification preferences in your message settings.
Before being published on the website, posts undergo a rigorous review process to ensure compliance with the regulations outlined in the terms of service. If a post is found to violate these regulations, it will be rejected. Users are provided with the opportunity to make revisions and repost their ads. In cases where a post is erroneously rejected, users may contact us for assistance in resolving the issue and restoring its publication.
To delete your post, navigate to your profile and edit the specific ad by clicking the “Edit” link located in the upper right corner. Once in the editing menu, locate the “X” button situated to the right of the “Media” tab to delete the advertisement. Upon saving changes, your post will be removed immediately. Please note that this is a permanent action that cannot be undone.
Alternatively, you may opt to conceal your advertisement rather than deleting it by selecting the “Eye” icon, which is the final tab in the editing process. This action will render the advertisement invisible, and it can be reverted at any time.
Regardless of the option you select, ensure that you save your modifications by pressing the “Save Changes” button. Failure to do so will result in no changes being made.
There are several reasons why a post may become inactive after its publication. The primary reason is that the post has reached the expiration date of its validity. Ads are only active for a period of 30 days before they are automatically removed by the system. Another common reason is that the post has been flagged and reviewed by an administrator, who has determined that it violates the terms and conditions of the platform.
To edit your post, you can access your profile and locate the Edit link situated in the upper left corner of the post you wish to modify.
To submit an ad, you must first register for an account and verify your email address. Upon logging into your account, you can submit your ad from the “SUBMIT AD” button located in the upper left corner.
Account
You can cancel your account from the My Profile tab located under your account dashboard. Once there, you can click the Delete Account button which is located under the Basic tab.
If you are unable to access the email verification link, please verify if the email is in your spam folder. If it is not present in your spam folder, you will need to attempt to register again, as there may be an issue with the email address you provided.
If you have forgotten your password, you can access the login form by clicking the blue account button located in the upper right corner of the screen. Once you are on the login form, you can click the “Forgot Password” link to initiate the password reset process.
